Beach Must-Haves
- Swimsuits (yes, more than one)
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Sunglasses and a hat
- Flip-flops or sandals
- Reusable water bottle
- Lightweight beach towel (we provide indoor towels only)
Comfort & Clothing
- Light, breathable outfits for hot days
- A jacket or sweater for cool nights
- Comfortable shoes for exploring Old San Juan
- Something dressy if you’re planning a night out
Adventure Ready
- Waterproof phone pouch or dry bag
- Portable power bank
- Travel-size first aid kit
- Bug spray (especially for outdoor excursions)

When you stay with NvPR, we’ve already taken care of the essentials inside the unit:
- Fresh linens and indoor towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- Hand soap, dish soap, and paper products
- Wi-Fi and streaming-ready smart TV
- Air conditioning set to a perfect 72°F
- Iron, hairdryer, and cleaning supplies
- Coffee maker and basic kitchenware
Need anything specific? Let us know before you arrive and we’ll do our best to have it ready.
🌐 Things to Know
- Most places nearby take card, but it’s good to have a little cash for street food or tips
- Ubers are reliable around San Juan and more convenient than car rentals for short stays
- Cell service is strong in most areas, but download offline maps just in case
- Power outlets are standard U.S. (no adapter needed)
- Tap water is safe to drink, but bottled is widely available if preferred

Leave room in your suitcase between the beachwear, coffee, art, and locally made goods, you will want to bring a little piece of Puerto Rico home with you
