These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NvPR LLC (“NvPR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, rental services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website, booking a stay, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
NvPR LLC is a short-term rental company operating in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nova V Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. All services are provided in compliance with local and federal laws.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You will use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws
3. Bookings & Payments
When you book a stay through NvPR or any affiliated platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Pay all applicable charges, fees, and taxes associated with the booking
- Abide by the cancellation, refund, and damage policies provided at the time of booking
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests and visitors must:
- Respect the property, neighbors, and local laws
- Not engage in illegal, hazardous, or disruptive behavior
- Follow all posted house rules and occupancy limits
We reserve the right to remove guests or terminate a stay without refund if rules are violated or property is at risk.
5. Damage, Loss & Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities caused during your stay. By using our Services, you agree:
- To report any incidents or damages immediately
- That NvPR may charge your payment method or seek reimbursement for damages or violations
- That we may withhold part or all of a security deposit, if applicable
NvPR is not liable for:
- Personal injury or property loss due to guest negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Acts of God, utility outages, or events beyond our control
- Third-party services, including platforms used to book your stay
6. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access areas of the Site you are not authorized to use
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or copy content or data
All content, images, branding, and code on our website are the property of NvPR and/or Nova V Holdings LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services, these Terms, or any policies referenced herein at any time, with or without notice. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” above.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your conduct harms our property, reputation, or staff
- Required by law or court order
Upon termination, your access to the Site and Services will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Continuous or error-free availability of the Services
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NvPR, its parent company Nova V Holdings LLC, and their respective officers, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to NvPR in the 6 months prior to the claim
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Nova V Holdings LLC is registered, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, where NvPR operates.
Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in San Juan, Puerto Rico, or remotely, at NvPR’s discretion.
Class action and collective claims are expressly waived. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise decided.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any property-specific rules or terms communicated to you at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and NvPR regarding your use of the Services.
