This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, where NvPR’s parent company, Nova V Holdings LLC, is registered, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, where NvPR operates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes or claims related to this Policy or your use of the Services shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in San Juan, Puerto Rico, or remotely, at the discretion of NvPR.

Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined. Class action and collective claims are explicitly waived. You also have the right to contact your applicable data protection authority to lodge a formal complaint.
